Garden Art Contest

Sponsored by Braden Road Farm to nurture awareness of the nature
and resource of gardening, and encourage children to apply themselves in art.

Enter the drawing you did from Project Sheet #14.

Winners selected from Grades K-4 and Grades 5-8, receive:
Blue Ribbon, $25 cash, Selected Art Books as follows:

Grades 5-6 The Gardener's Color Palette $12.95 value.
Grades K-4 Children’s Art Journal $10.95 value.
Grades 7-8 Drawing & Painting Plants $29.95 value.
Art Books contributed by How Great Thou

To Enter :

1. Contestants must be students of ‘Gardening Adventures’.
2. Artwork must be done by student.
3. Artwork must portray some aspect of gardening.

The Entry:

1. Must be on 8 1/2 x 11 paper.
2. ORIGINAL or COPIED artwork, no tracings.
3. B&W or COLOR
4. PENCIL, CRAYON, MARKER or PAINT. Name and Grade of student, title of picture, and whether original or copied work, must be written on the back.
5. Your Name, State, Grade, and an Email address (for prize notification) must be clearly printed.
6. All entries become the property of Braden Road Farm and will not be returned. If you want to keep your originals send color copies.

Judging Criteria:

Technical ability, Composition, Overall Impression, Originality

Winners will be notified by August 10th, 2016
